CMS Info Systems allots 3.65 lakh equity shares under ESOP As on : 19-Jun-26  18:58

CMS Info Systems has allotted 3,65,000 equity shares under ESOP on 19 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,60,06,34,150 /- consisting of 16,00,63,415 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each.
